Shipping Policy

Every order is prepared individually before it ships. We don't currently publish a fixed processing-time promise — actual handling time can vary by order and item.

We currently ship to Belgium and selected destinations within the European Union.

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your payment — no hidden delivery fees.

Tracking information is normally provided when your order ships. In some cases, a carrier service may not provide tracking.

Occasionally deliveries take longer than estimated due to carrier delays or high demand — we'll do our best to keep you informed if we're aware of a delay.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided, or a failed delivery attempt, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping it.
