2. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., stock or pricing errors), in which case you'll be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete checkout.

4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

Goods are guaranteed to conform to the contract for 2 years from delivery, per Belgian and EU law — see our Return & Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country you live in.
